The daily maintenance of water pump equipment is the fundamental work of equipment maintenance and the strong foundation for ensuring the normal operation of mechanical equipment. The daily maintenance of equipment generally includes daily maintenance and multi-level maintenance. In daily maintenance and upkeep, it should be carried out in accordance with the fourteen character operation of cleaning, neatness, lubrication, fastening, adjustment, corrosion prevention, and safety.

1. Daily maintenance

Daily maintenance is carried out by equipment operators on duty, carefully checking handover records, inspecting operating equipment, and checking production parameters before work. Listen to the sound of operation during the process, feel the temperature of the equipment, and check for any abnormalities in production pressure, liquid level, and instrument signals.

Before leaving work, handle any issues that arise during the shift, fill out the handover record and equipment operation record, and complete the handover procedures.

2. Multi level maintenance

Multi level maintenance is carried out according to the cumulative operating time of the equipment. For small water pump equipment, the first level maintenance is carried out after a cumulative operation of 240 hours, the second level maintenance is carried out after a cumulative operation of 720 hours, and the third level maintenance is carried out after a cumulative operation of 1000 hours. Large scale water pump equipment shall undergo first level maintenance after a cumulative operation of 1000 hours, second level maintenance after a cumulative operation of 3000 hours, and third level maintenance after a cumulative operation of 10000 hours.

(1) Check the appearance. All transmission parts and exposed parts are free of rust, and the surrounding environment is clean.

(2) Check the transmission part. Check the technical condition of each part, tighten loose parts, adjust the fit clearance, inspect the wear of bearings and bearing shells, inspect and replace balance plates, mouth rings, impellers, etc., to achieve normal transmission sound, safety and reliability.

(3) Check lubrication. Check whether the performance indicators of lubricating oil and grease are qualified, whether the oil filter is clogged or dirty, and add new oil according to the oil level in the tank or replace the oil according to the quality of the oil. Achieve clean oil quality, smooth oil circuit, no leakage, and no abrasion.

(4) Electrical system. Wipe the motor, inspect the motor and power cable terminals, check insulation and grounding to achieve completeness, cleanliness, firmness, and reliability.

(5) Inspect the pipeline. Is there any leakage in the valve, is the switch flexible, and is the filter clogged.
